Brocade® (NASDAQ: BRCD) today reported financial results for its second fiscal quarter ended April 28, 2012. Brocade reported second quarter revenue of $543.4 million, representing a decrease of 1% year-over-year and 3% quarter-over-quarter and resulting in diluted earnings per share of $0.08 on a GAAP basis and diluted earnings per share of $0.15 on a non-GAAP basis, up 58% and 24% year-over-year, respectively.
